Jo
Jo, along with partner Paul & mother Pat, bought the pub from Whitbread in June 1990. Since then they have very tastefully extended the old building, and built the brewery in 1992/93.

Catherine
Catherine started helping out at The Flowerpots in January 2010 and joined full time as a brewer in the summer. She is a natural when it comes to beer formulation, and is now brewing the majority of Flowerpots output. |
Paul
Paul & Jo run the kitchen together, cooking everything from fresh (no pre-cooked or packaged food here). When not cooking Paul becomes groundsman and overall maintenance man. |
David M.
One of the 2 brewers in The Flowerpots Brewery, David joined the team in September 2011. In his spare time David also organises the Winchester Real Ale and Cider Festival with the local CAMRA branch. |
Sian
The smile behing the bar at The Flowerpots, Sian also gets involved in most other aspects of keeping the Flowerpots show on the road, ably assisted by her dog Fraggle.
Pat
Pat took over the running of The Flowerpots with husband John in 1968. In those days it was owned by Strongs of Romsey. Pat still makes occasional guest appearances behind the bar, especially when old friends drop by.
Sandra
It is mainly down to Sandra's hard work that The Flowerpots is always in such tip top shape. She is also a mainstay of the lunchtime food rush (and keeps the brewers filled with tea).
David R.
David is regularly behind the bar, and outside of opening times becomes Mr Grounds Maintenenace and chief log cutter. He is answerable to Sian (in more ways than one).

Frank
Jo's brother Frank has retired from bar duties but can often be found propping up the bar from the other side. He is still responsible for much of the fantastic display of flowers around the pub throughout the year.
